How it works

Evidence-based wellness tools

We’re using the research on what improves emotional wellbeing, providing it in an accessible and holistic way adapted for the unique challenge of infertility.

Lasting change requires daily practice. You can explore a variety of exercises, reflections, SOS tools and check-ins each day.

Supportive community

Infertility can be an isolating experience. All exercises and courses therefore invite you to share your journey with others who understand. Tilly’s community is a supportive space for connection.

Regular sessions and Q&As where you can speak to experts about what’s on your mind or gain a second opinion on your treatment.

Understand your treatment

Add your treatment schedule to get medication reminders and facts that help you understand your treatment - step by step.

Finally an app that is adapted for infertility! Generic mental wellness apps have many times been more triggering than helpful.

Do you think your clinic should provide the app?

We partner with clinics to help them integrate emotional support in the day-to-day care.

Always based on research

At Tilly we believe in science. Tools that can help us through difficult times luckily already exist, but our psychologists have adapted them for the unique challenges that come with infertility and loss.

The self-care exercises in the app have been proven effective in peer-reviewed scientific research literature, and are based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and the Fertility Quality of Life Tool (FertiQol).
